By day or by night
The driver waits for you at the airport exit, drives you close to the palace, then walks you with your luggage through the alleys of the medina all the way inside. Simply confirm your request by contacting us: you will pay the fare directly to the driver, who works independently of the hotel.
Guests with reduced mobility: please contact us before your arrival.

The palace can be reached through several interconnected entrances: 37, 39 and 41 Derb Jemaa, in the Riad Zitoun El Kdim district, a stone’s throw from Jamaa El Fna square.
